Since October of 2006, Ifa Dancenter, has promoted and hosted the only weekly Salsa night in Westchester catering to all salsa enthusiasts. Vintage Salsa has become the place to be every Wednesday for great Salsa music and dancing.

Vintage Wednesdays has drawn dancers from all over Westchester, Connecticut, Rockland, New Jersey, and NYC. Salsa socialites and even an occasional celebrity
has been spotted at Vintage! We've also had some of the best musicians and bands in the Salsa scene perform live. Jimmy Bosch, Herman Oliveras, New Swing Sextet, DLI, Ocho y Mas, Grupo Latin Vibe, CharanSalsa...just to name a few!

So, here was my night. It started with a discount fare into the club, a free cool move lesson, hearing the best DJ in the world doing his thing, listening to one of my favorite bands, dancing with some really good dancers, a lot of whom are my friends, and some wonderfuly devoted passionate beginner dancers. Watching my dancing mentor teacher teach my wife in a mini-private lesson. And best of all asking for a GIANT ginger ale and actually getting it. For only two bucks!! (I had two) Oh and yeah, valet parking too! It just doesn't get any better!" - Tom
